So, Northern Exposure is now available to stream on Amazon Prime...for a price, not free, as DJ VVolf posted on a NE blog some time ago. Very sad to see the KBHR tradition of NE broadcasts on Sunday come to an end. They probably got a very nice letter from the legal department of Prime telling KBHR to cease and desist the free broadcasts. what a shame.

If anyone IS interested in purchasing the DVD's, I suggest getting the European Blue-ray version, as it has all the original music, unlike the sets offered for sale in the US.

Love your music VVolf, would have been nice to come clean with the situation.

Just recently started watching the old episodes of Northern Exposure. Loved them when they were on the air. In "The Big Kiss" (S2:E2), I noticed Chris' pheasant mug and thought "that's a cool mug!". I wonder if I could find it. A quick Google search of "plastic pheasant mug" yielded this. (photo). $8 later from eBay, I have it. :-)
